Qualifications

• 8+ years experience in regulatory compliance or product certification.
• Experience working directly with UL, TÜV, CSA, Intertek, or NRTL.
• Familiarity with Machinery Directive compliance.

Responsibilities

• Define certification strategies and timelines for new products.
• Review electrical schematics to ensure compliance with standards.
• Coordinate certification testing with NRTLs and international certification bodies.

Skills

Experience certifying industrial electrical equipment

Strong knowledge of UL, CSA, IEC, and EN electrical safety standards

Ability to review electrical designs for safety compliance

Education

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering
