Job summary

LotusWorks seeks an experienced Electrical Commissioning Lead to manage commissioning of critical electrical systems in a large-scale data center. You will lead Cx activities from design review to IST turnover, focusing on MV/LV switchgear, transformers, generators, UPS, and EPMS/SCADA, while coordinating with contractors and OEMs.

You will direct a team of Cx engineers/technicians, ensure test scripts meet pass/fail criteria, and drive issues to closure with documented reports and handover

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years in electrical construction, testing, or commissioning with mission-critical/data center experience.
• Strong understanding of L1–L5 commissioning, including startup, IST, and turnover.
• Ability to read and interpret one-line diagrams, control schematics, relay settings, and protection/coordination studies.

Responsibilities

• Review electrical design documents for commission ability and constructability.
• Develop the electrical section of the Cx Plan and test sequencing.
• Write or review electrical Cx specifications and Division 26 requirements.
• Coordinate with NETA testing contractor scope and boundary with Cx testing.
• Lead Level 5 IST activities and coordinate with MECH lead for turnkey turnover.
