Job summary

Pieper Electric, Inc. seeks a Senior Specialist, VDC to create and manage 3D electrical models for construction projects, ensuring accuracy and coordination across teams. You will work with Project Managers, field supervisors, and other trades while supporting meetings, 2D drafting, and project documentation as needed.

You will help align models with project goals, develop as-built models, and mentor junior VDC staff, all while upholding safety and quality standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Higher education in a related field or equivalent construction experience preferred.
• VDC experience with Revit, AutoCAD, BIM 360 or similar software.

Responsibilities

• Create accurate 3D electrical models for projects and coordinate with field teams.
• Support coordination meetings and develop as-built models for closeout.
• Draft 2D drawings and maintain project docs and schedules.
• Identify and resolve model clashes in coordination with other trades.
• Maintain software licenses and contribute to modeling best practices.
