The Marvin Group in Southern California is seeking an Electrical Assembler III for full-time, on-site work assembling and testing build-to-print Alternate Mission Equipment designed for military systems. The role requires 5+ years of relevant experience, ability to read blueprints, and adherence to ESD and soldering standards. You will work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with a team-driven culture.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in electrical assembly or related field.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints/schematics.
• IPC-610, IPC-620 and J-STD-001 certifications or equivalent.
• Able to perform moderate to physically demanding work and lift up to 35 lbs.
• Must be able to speak/read/write English.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate equipment to fabricate and assemble electrical assemblies.
• Perform manual and computer-controlled assembly and testing as required.
• Follow planning instructions and assembly drawings accurately.
• Protect products from Electro-Static Discharge (ESD) and comply with procedures.
• Maintain Lean/6S focused workstation and participate in training.
