Qualifications

• BS in Electrical Engineering from an accredited university; advanced degree preferred.
• 15+ years in electrical engineering in product development.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and work independently or in a team.
• Proven ability to write standards and lead high-level product design.
• Experience delivering quality products through the development process; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Set and lead design principals for electrical systems in Liquid Cooling Systems.
• Develop complex electrical systems that influence industry decisions.
• Interface with customers and end users to discuss electrical designs.
• Lead design of electrical systems compliant with relevant codes and standards.
• Lead wire harness design, including sizing, connections and routing.
• Check and approve drawings and bill of materials.
• Lead and review design work of electrical engineers.
• Collaborate with software team to develop and verify system controls.
• Advise on product changes to resolve field issues and support service.
