Qualifications

• Must have deep expertise in analog and digital circuit design.
• Experience with high-speed interfaces (PCIe, USB4, DDR5, DisplayPort) and power delivery.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive complex programs to completion.

Responsibilities

• Lead a global team of Electrical Architects / Engineers through design, validation, and delivery of a product.
• Architect and validate electrical designs balancing performance, power, cost, and reliability.
• Serve as primary technical authority in cross-functional forums influencing product strategy and design direction.
• Mentor and develop engineering talent, providing technical guidance and career development support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to resolve technical risks and ensure productization paths.
