Job summary

Stoneridge is seeking a Senior Electrical Architect (InnoTech) to lead EE development on next-generation cameras and displays. You will define architecture, select components, and guide cross-functional teams across manufacturing, purchasing, software, and optics.

This role emphasizes safety, security, and advanced sensor integration. The ideal candidate has 12+ years in electrical engineering, including 8+ years in senior roles, with ADAS experience and strong Matlab/Simulink/Python/C skills.

Qualifications

• B.S. in electrical engineering required; M.S. preferred.
• 12+ years of experience; 8+ years in senior EE.
• Knowledge of ADAS applications and automotive sensing.
• Strong digital circuit design and product integration.
• Functional Safety (ASPICE) standards knowledge.
• Basic coding/modelling with MATLAB/Simulink/Python/C; AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead EE development in InnoTech at Stoneridge.
• Guide schematics, layout, component engineering and simulation.
• Find technical solutions in response to RFQs.
• Define EE architecture, roadmap and standardization.
• Ensure Functional Safety and Cyber Security levels as needed.
• Define component selection and drive tech choices.
• Scout upcoming technologies and components.
• Coordinate with suppliers and monitor competitor landscape.
