Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 15+ years of professional electrical engineering experience.
• Extensive experience designing complex analog, digital, mixed-signal, and/or power electronic systems.
• Proven experience developing hardware from requirements through qualification and production.
• Strong understanding of system-level electrical architecture and trade studies.
• Experience leading complex technical development efforts and architecture decisions.
• Experience with circuit analysis, simulation, debugging, and hardware troubleshooting.
• Experience with schematic capture, PCB development, and hardware integration.
• Demonstrated technical leadership and mentorship experience.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with multidisciplinary teams and customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, design, and development of advanced electronic systems and subsystems.
• Design and develop analog, digital, mixed-signal, and power electronic hardware.
• Perform circuit analysis, simulation, and technical trade studies.
• Lead design reviews and critical engineering decisions.
• Support hardware integration, testing, troubleshooting, and root-cause investigations.
• Collaborate with systems, firmware, mechanical, and manufacturing engineers across programs.
• Mentor and support the technical development of engineering team members.
• Support customer engagements and technical discussions when required.
• Contribute to engineering standards, best practices, and future technology development.
