Job summary

Everforth ECS in Norfolk, VA seeks a Sr. Elastic Engineer to design, deploy, and scale Elastic Stack environments across on‑prem and cloud platforms. You will build ingestion pipelines, optimize performance, and automate operations with scripts and CI/CD integrations.

Collaborate with DevOps, cloud, and client teams, mentor engineers, maintain runbooks, and stay current with Elastic features. Requires TS/SCI clearance and on‑site engagement willingness.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Elastic Stack experience and deployment skills.
• Strong scripting for automation and data processing.
• Solid understanding of observability, logging and metrics.
• Proficient in Linux/Unix environments and cloud platforms.
• Ability to mentor teams and collaborate cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Write scripts and integrations to streamline operations.

• Lead design reviews and share Elastic best practices.
