Job summary

ECS Corporate Services seeks a Sr. Elastic Engineer to design, deploy, and scale Elastic Stack environments from on-prem to cloud. You will build pipelines, dashboards, and automation, while ensuring reliability and performance across teams including engineering, DevOps, and client operations.

The role focuses on architecture, data ingestion, and integrations with security and observability tooling. Candidates should excel in scripting and cloud-native deployments, with a TS/SCI level mindset

Qualifications

• Deep hands-on expertise with Elastic Stack components.
• Strong scripting and automation capabilities across Python, PowerShell, and Bash.
• Experience deploying Elastic environments at scale in cloud and on-prem.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and container orchestrators.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and maintain Elastic Stack environments including Elasticsearch and Kibana.
• Build ingestion pipelines, index strategies, queries, dashboards, and automation.
• Write scripts and integrations to streamline operations and monitoring.
• Deploy Elastic across on-prem, cloud, GovCloud, and container platforms.
• Use Terraform, Ansible, CI/CD, and Docker for deployments and operations.
• Integrate Elastic with SIEMs and telemetry sources; monitor health and performance.
• Lead design reviews and share Elastic best practices across teams.
