Qualifications

• Hands-on Elastic Stack experience (Elasticsearch, Kibana, Logstash, Beats, Fleet).
• Scripting in Python/PowerShell/Bash and automation.
• Experience with observability, logging, metrics, distributed systems.
• Designing, deploying, and operating production Elastic environments at scale.
• Strong Linux/Unix and cloud knowledge (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Mentorship and guidance to engineering teams on Elastic best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to work cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and maintain Elastic Stack environments across on‑prem and cloud platforms.
• Build ingestion pipelines, index strategies, dashboards, and automation workflows.
• Develop scripts and integrations to streamline operations and monitoring.
• Collaborate with engineering, DevOps, cloud, and client teams to deliver scalable Elastic solutions.
• Lead design reviews and share Elastic best practices across teams.
