Job summary

Campos EPC is seeking an EIC Engineer III/IV to lead electrical, instrumentation, and controls engineering across industrial, utility, energy, and infrastructure projects. The role provides technical leadership through design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and client management, while mentoring staff and driving process improvements.

Qualifications

Bachelor of Science in Engineering or related field.
Minimum seven years of industry experience.
PE licensure preferred or ability to take PE within 1 year.

Responsibilities

Provide technical leadership for all EIC engineering deliverables on assigned projects.
Lead as Lead EIC Engineer for multidisciplinary projects.
Ensure successful execution and coordination of electrical, instrumentation, controls, and protection systems engineering activities.
Review engineering calculations, specifications, drawings, studies, and procurement packages.
Coordinate utility interconnection requirements and power system integration activities.
Mentor and develop engineers, designers, and technical staff.
Support business development, proposals, and scope definition.
Develop and maintain department standards, design guides, and engineering procedures.
