Job summary

Universal Orlando Resort is seeking a Senior EHS Specialist to oversee environmental, health, and safety operations. You will be the primary EHS contact for operations, ensuring regulatory compliance and promoting a safe work environment.

The role requires proactive risk assessments and clear communication with cross-functional teams. Ideal candidates will have strong analytical skills, experience with OSHA regulations, and the ability to influence change across departments.

Qualifications

• Comply with OSHA 1910/1926 and other EHS regulations.
• Experience with risk assessments and incident investigations.
• Strong communication and cross-team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Spot hazards and assess risks in changing operations.
• Support EHS management system implementation and compliance.
• Respond to emergencies and participate in on-call duties.
• Collaborate with operations to drive safety improvements.
• Document findings and recommend safety measures.
