Guerbet is seeking a Sr. EHS Specialist to lead environmental, health, and safety programs at our Raleigh site. You will partner with site leadership to drive regulatory compliance, risk reduction, and safety culture improvements across manufacturing operations.

The role requires extensive experience in incident investigations, root cause analysis, OSHA programs, and environmental compliance. You will develop training, manage audits, and lead corrective actions to meet site KPIs and regulatory

Competenze

• BS degree required in physical/biological sciences or engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in occupational safety, industrial hygiene, environmental compliance, and/or EHS program management.
• Experience conducting incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective action implementation.
• Experience managing OSHA compliance programs and supporting environmental regulatory requirements.

Mansioni

• Lead investigations of workplace injuries, near misses, environmental incidents, and property damage events, using root cause analysis and ensuring timely corrective actions.
• Analyze EHS performance metrics to identify opportunities for risk reduction and improvements.
• Lead internal EHS audits, regulatory inspections, and corporate assessments to ensure compliance and audit readiness.
• Serve as site SME for EHS programs including LOTO, Hazard Communication, Respiratory Protection, and more.
• Develop and deliver EHS training; collaborate with leaders to implement risk controls and corrective actions.
• Support workers’ compensation and return-to-work processes through incident reviews and action planning.
• Develop annual EHS objectives and improvement projects; administer environmental, health, and safety programs.
