Job summary

You will travel to client sites up to 40% of the time, supervise safety programs, review submittals, and ensure adherence to state, federal, and client requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Safety or Safety Management.
• 8+ years of construction safety experience with pharmaceutical background in a senior role, or equivalent.
• Certified as an OSHA 500 Trainer.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for jobsite safety oversight.
• Participate in kick-off meetings to ensure contractors are aware of project-specific EHS requirements.
• Conduct safety orientation for all new workers.
• Review contractor JSAs for compliance with client/IPS requirements.
• Assist in the review of daily Safe Plan of Action documents and ensure quality and communication.
• Ensure contractor compliance with project safety plan, training, and inspections.
• Educate and advise the project team on safety guidelines to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Inspect the job site regularly and record observations in Procore.
• Travel 40% of the time to client sites and manage SOR program.
