Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in comparable EHS roles in high‑volume manufacturing.
• Bachelor’s degree required; professional certifications preferred.
• Deep knowledge of OSHA/EPA/DOT and state/local EHS regs.
• Auditor credentials and ISO 14001/45001 experience desirable.
• Strong communication skills; Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and refine safety programs and documentation.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and manage permits/certifications.
• Lead audits, inspections, risk assessments, and CAPA actions.
• Oversee hazardous materials management and waste handling.
• Lead Safety Committee engagement and employee training.
• Investigate incidents using 5‑Why/Fishbone methodologies.
