Job summary

Origis Energy Services is seeking a Senior Manager, Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) to lead the EHS strategy across multiple solar and battery storage sites. This role encompasses leadership of EHS operations, compliance, risk management, and the development of scalable EHS programs.

The ideal candidate will have over seven years of EHS experience, especially in renewable energy settings, and will build safety leadership and regulatory excellence across the organization.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive EHS experience, including leadership of EHS professionals.
• Demonstrated expertise in regulatory compliance and incident investigation.
• Strong experience leading multi-site or regional EHS programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Services O&M EHS strategy.
• Design and improve EHS programs, policies, and procedures.
• Lead incident investigations and ensure corrective actions.
