Job summary

Origis Energy Services is seeking a Senior Manager, Environment, Health & Safety to lead EHS strategy across multiple solar and battery storage sites. This role involves overseeing safety programs, regulatory compliance, and team management, ensuring the safe execution of operations.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, extensive EHS experience, and the ability to drive safety culture within the organization. This position is based in Leander, Texas, and requires up to 50% travel.

Qualifications

• Experience in utility-scale renewable energy, power generation, or construction environments.
• Demonstrated expertise in regulatory compliance, incident investigation, and risk management systems.
• Strong experience leading multi-site or regional EHS programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Services O&M EHS strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Design and improve EHS programs, policies, and procedures across all sites.
• Lead serious incident investigations and ensure corrective actions.
