Job summary

JLL’s Work Dynamics team seeks an experienced EHS Manager to lead health, safety and environmental programs across multiple account locations. You will implement the EHS management system, build a culture of safety, and advise stakeholders on regulatory compliance.

Travel up to 40% to sites; strong communication and leadership required; bachelor’s degree in safety discipline and 8+ years of experience in EHS roles.

Qualifications

• 8+ years experience developing and managing EHS programs
• Experience across multi-site locations and countries
• ISO 45001/ISO 14001 knowledge and implementation

Responsibilities

• Lead EHS programs across multiple account locations.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and driver continuous improvement.
• Develop training matrices and deliver safety trainings.
• Manage OSHA recordkeeping and incident reporting.
• Foster a Culture of Safety and partner with account teams.
