Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
• 5+ years leadership experience in EHS (Environmental, Health or Safety).

Responsibilities

• Develop proactive EHS plans aligned with policy and regulations.
• Provide training to local plant management on EHS roles and compliance.
• Monitor emerging EHS laws and negotiate permits as needed.
• Define studies and databases to inform preventive action.
• Prepare required regulatory reports and coordinate with agencies.
• Represent plant on EHS matters and maintain stakeholder relationships.
• Oversee security and workers compensation management per OSHA standards.
• Ensure ISO 14001 compliance across operations.
