You will be a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, responsible for creating a culture of safety and managing environmental compliance. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of HSE leadership experience in a high-speed manufacturing environment, with proficiency in OSHA regulations and strong technical skills. Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive HSE leadership within a high-speed manufacturing environment.
• CSP, CIH, or CHMM certifications are highly preferred.
• Ability to translate complex technical requirements into actionable goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead site-wide risk assessments and drive 'Root Cause' investigations.
• Manage all environmental permits and sample testing.
• Maintain Key Performance Indicators that drive continuous improvement.
