Quaker Houghton PA, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Specialist, EHS Manufacturing to lead and advance environmental, health, and safety programs across manufacturing, laboratories, and offices.

You will drive world-class safety, develop regional EHS systems, and sustain ISO certifications while partnering with Operations and HR. The role focuses on continuous improvement, training, and data-driven safety performance, ensuring regulatory compliance and effective implementation of EHS strategies within the

Qualifications

• Develop and drive programs that improve employee safety performance.
• Implement regional EHS management systems and maintain certifications (ISO 14001, ISO 45001).
• Provide EHS plans, timelines, and support for QA processes as needed.

Responsibilities

• Drive world-class safety culture by implementing systems, policies, campaigns.
• Lead incident prevention strategies and education on predictive behaviors.
• Support certification efforts (ISO 14001, ISO 45001) and EHS software across the region.
• Provide medical/industrial hygiene policy support and incident management guidance.
• Collaborate with HR and Operations on fitness-for-duty and return-to-work programs.
• Coordinate with Global EHS and Quality teams on certification maintenance.
