Job summary

Compliance Management International (CMI) seeks an Environmental Health & Safety Consultant to join our Greater Philadelphia team on a full-time basis. You will deliver high-impact safety training, support client compliance initiatives, and ensure best practices in occupational health and safety with regional travel as needed.

As a key consulting team member, you will operate both independently and collaboratively to provide regulatory solutions aligned with OSHA standards and industry best

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in occupational health and safety or related field.
• OSHA 501 – Trainer for General Industry preferred.
• Recognized safety credentials (CSP/ASP/CHST/CSHO) highly desirable.
• Current First Aid/CPR/AED instructor certification or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, execution and implementation of workplace safety programs per OSHA standards and regulations.
• Conduct hazard assessments, root cause analyses, and incident investigations with corrective actions.
• Advise on hazardous materials regulations, hazardous waste management and environmental health practices.
• Design and deliver safety training sessions including CPR and first aid, and SAFE procedures.
• Maintain detailed reports for incident reports, audits, and corrective action plans.
