What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design, configure, implement, and optimize clinical systems in compliance with regulations and policies
- Conduct Epic build, testing, maintenance, and support related to Hospital Charging within Epic
- Assist with charge testing, integrated testing, system upgrades, and special projects
- Prepare training materials and documentation for end-users
- Analyze clinical workflows and develop solutions for complex problems

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum of three years of related experience in clinical applications analysis or programming
- Understanding of clinical workflows and system adoption strategies
- Strong analytical skills to formulate business requirements for clinical applications
- Ability to collaborate effectively with operational and technical teams

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Certified or accredited in Epic Resolute Hospital Billing Charging
- 2+ years of experience with Epic build, maintenance, and support for Charge Description Master (CDM)
- Experience maintaining Epic Charge codes
