What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design, configure, implement, optimize, maintain, and support complex clinical systems in compliance with regulations and policies
- Conduct Epic build, testing, maintenance, and support related to Resolute Hospital and Professional Claims and remittance
- Assist with charge testing, integrated testing, system upgrades, and preparation of training materials
- Provide intermediate analysis and documentation to develop requirements for clinical application configuration
- Formulate solutions to complex problems through efficient operational procedures and workflows

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum of three years of related experience in clinical applications analysis or programming
- Ability to conduct analysis of clinical workflows and system adoption strategies
- Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and understanding of Epic hospital billing claims and remittance modules

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Certification or accreditation in Epic Resolute Hospital Billing Claims and Remittance Administration and Epic Resolute Professional Billing Claims and Remittance Administration
- Three years of experience providing administration and support of Hospital and Professional billing claims within Epic
- Community Connect experience
