Job summary

La Clinica de Familia (LCDF) seeks a Senior EHR Application Specialist to lead the organization’s EHR platform and related clinical applications. You will design, configure, optimize, and support systems that enable patient care and efficient operations.

You will work with clinical leadership and IT to ensure secure, compliant workflows and drive interoperability projects, upgrades, and user training across LCDF’s sites in southern New Mexico.

Qualifications

Five or more years of progressive experience supporting healthcare information systems.
Three or more years of advanced EHR administration, configuration, optimization, or application analyst experience.
Experience with Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs) highly preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead functional and technical expertise for LCDF's EHR platform and clinical applications.
Design, configure, optimize, support, and enhance clinical systems that support patient care and operations.
Collaborate with leadership, clinicians, quality improvement, compliance, revenue cycle, and IT to ensure compliant, secure systems and aligned goals.
