Job summary

Amgen Inc. is seeking an Environmental, Health & Safety (EH&S) Manager to lead the design, development and implementation of safety programs across operations in Puerto Rico. The role requires strong regulatory knowledge and experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech sector.

Ideal candidates will possess advanced degrees and a proven ability to collaborate with external agencies, manage audits, and drive continuous improvement in EH&S performance, including training and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Doctorate or Master’s with EH&S experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise for EH&S programs.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local EH&S regulations.
• Lead program design, development and implementation.
• Act as primary liaison with regulatory agencies.
• Develop and implement EH&S training programs.

Education

Doctorate degree

Master's degree in a related field
