The Office of Technology & Innovation seeks an experienced Senior EEO Investigator to report to the Assistant Commissioner of EEO & Diversity Management. The Senior EEO Investigator is a trusted advisor to employees and management, helping maintain a fair, inclusive, and productive work culture. Under the direction of the Assistant Commissioner of EEO & Diversity Management, the Senior EEO Investigator will conduct internal EEO investigations and prepare advisory memos, investigative reports, for complaint/issue resolution, process reasonable accommodation requests, and provide guidance on the agency's policy regarding reasonable accommodations to employees, supervisors, and other management officials. The role also involves performing EEO legal work, researching facts and questions of law, and developing and conducting EEO-related training for all agency staff.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Day shift; due to the duties of this position in a 24/7 operation, candidate may be required to work various shifts such as weekends and/or evenings.
