Job summary

ACT-SACT in Norfolk, VA seeks a Senior Contractor Support to analyse emerging and disruptive technologies. The role focuses on identifying EDTs, assessing their military impact, and promoting innovative, practical applications in joint environments.

You will coordinate with the Innovation Branch and contribute to strategic foresight and capability development efforts, requiring strong analytical research and a solid IT background.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information and communication technology or related field plus 4 years post-related experience, or 6+ years of progressive duties in lieu of degree.

Responsibilities

• Identify new and catalog EDTs.
• Assess EDT implications and adoption opportunities for ACT initiatives.
• Promote EDT-based solutions in realistic environments.
• Input to EDT activities within ACT S&T POW and related NATO planning.
• Coordinate input to EDTs advice for strategic foresight and capability development.
• Identify capability shortfalls potentially addressed by EDTs.
