Job summary

Stellantis is seeking a Senior Engineer to oversee Electric Drive Modules (EDMs) across serial life and launches, serving as the single technical and program execution contact and driving costs, timing, performance and warranty targets.

You will lead PSDP, coordinate milestones, manage budget, coordinate with vehicle teams and suppliers, and ensure readiness for launches while guiding risk management and DFMEA/DVP&R activities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Aerospace, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Applied Physics or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in a related field.
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills with a bias for action and issue resolution.
  • Demonstrated application of Systems Engineering and knowledge of DFMEA and DVP&R.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, including presenting complex material to various audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Meet or exceed EDM program deliverables and functional objectives (cost, timing, efficiency, performance, mass, NVH, quality).
  • Oversee all aspects of the EDM project for a vehicle family (hardware, software, controls, calibration, packaging, prototype builds, validation, ED&D, DVPR, SOW, Design Change Requests).
  • Lead the Propulsion System Development Process (PSDP) for the EDM for product readiness and support technical reviews/evaluations against targets.
