You’ll collaborate with leadership to publish bylines and LinkedIn content, grow readership through SEO, and build a trusted voice for hardware engineering readers.

Responsibilities

• Own the editorial calendar: decide what Flow publishes, when and why.
• Set the bar: define Flow's editorial voice and style, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
• Write the big pieces: essays, guides and original perspectives on hardware engineering.
• Find stories in the field: interview engineers, visit sites, turn findings into customer stories.
• Build signature formats: create recurring series readers expect from Flow.
• Write for launches: draft announcements, blog posts and product pages for new Flow releases.
• Write with our leaders: help CEO and engineers publish bylines and talks in their voice.
• Grow our audience: use SEO and GEO to shape content from the start.
• Use AI well: speed up research and drafting without lowering standards.
• Measure what works: track traffic and engagement to guide future writing.
