Tuckernuck in Washington, DC is seeking a Senior Editorial Retoucher to elevate high-end editorial campaigns, catalog imagery, and brand assets across all platforms.

You will partner with Art Direction, Design, Marketing, and Studio Production to ensure flawless retouching, consistent brand storytelling, and efficient production workflows under tight deadlines. This role combines technical mastery with creative judgment to shape premium imagery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in high-end digital retouching for fashion/editorial spaces.
• Experience leading or significantly contributing to major editorial campaigns and brand imagery.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and advanced retouching techniques.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-end retouching for editorial campaigns, catalog imagery, marketing assets, and brand content.
• Apply advanced color correction, compositing, skin retouching, and final file prep for premium use.
• Define visual standards to ensure consistency with campaign art direction and branding.
• Collaborate across teams using Global Edit, Figma, and Monday.com to optimize assets and workflows.
• Organize and prepare digital assets for efficient handoffs between editorial, design, and marketing.
• Mentor junior retouchers on best practices and adherence to brand standards.
• Manage multiple projects with tight deadlines while maintaining quality.
