Kiplinger Personal Finance, a national monthly magazine that has been guiding consumers and investors for more than 70 years, is looking for an enthusiastic editor and writer with a depth of experience in personal finance journalism.
What You'll Be Doing
You'll report and write on a variety of personal finance topics and assist the chief editor in managing and editing copy from staff and freelance contributors. As a writer, you'll explain financial concepts and guidance in a clear and engaging way, and as an editor, you'll help writers develop their stories and polish them to fit Kiplinger's tone and style.
For our magazine's Ahead section, you'll watch the trends, writing and editing pieces with a forward-looking focus. Throughout the magazine, you'll help ensure coverage of retirement, taxes, insurance, estate planning, credit and other topics that are important to our readers. This is an exciting opportunity to shape and contribute to the magazine that pioneered personal finance journalism in the U.S.

The expected range for this role is $90,000 - $120,000

This is a Remote based role.
