Forbes is seeking an enterprising, talented journalist who is comfortable with data collection to create lists and rankings of top CPAs. The role sits within the editorial team and collaborates with growth, marketing, revenue and SEO to drive compelling, data-driven content.

You will design methodologies, gather data, oversee the editorial lifecycle from nominations to publication, and write or assign high-impact profiles. The position offers potential remote work within the U.S.

Qualificações

• 7–10 years of writing and editing in a digital newsroom.
• Deep sourcing in the accounting field.
• Working knowledge of SEO best practices.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Commitment to detail and deadlines with editorial calendar management.
• Ability to turn data into consumer storytelling with lists.
• Bachelor’s degree required.

Responsabilidades

• Design quantitative and qualitative methodologies and gather data to identify top-tier accounting firms and practitioners.
• Manage the editorial process from creation to publication, including analysis, reporting, writing and editing.
• Write, assign, and edit high-impact articles and profiles for multi-channel publication.
• Collaborate with video, photography, and social teams to ensure a robust presence.
• Potential to be the voice and face of editorial lists to industry leaders and partners.
• Partner with Marketing, Growth, Revenue, and SEO to align content with business objectives.
