Job summary

Workforce Recruiter is seeking an experienced eDiscovery professional to support complex litigation matters for our client, an established law firm. You will manage electronic evidence, apply RelativityOne analytics and scripts, and collaborate with attorneys and project managers to deliver accurate, secure results.

The role requires proficiency in Relativity, ACEDS/EDRM principles, and hands-on processing, quality control, and secure data handling.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of litigation support experience using Relativity and advanced analytics.
• Advanced RelativityOne proficiency including workspace management, analytics, and scripting.
• Knowledge of EDRM and ACEDS principles.
• Experience with electronic data processing, document production, quality control, and evidence tracking.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including spreadsheet manipulation.
• Strong analytical judgment, attention to detail, and communication with attorneys and staff.

Responsibilities

• Partner with attorneys and project managers to translate case needs into practical data workflows.
• Apply RelativityOne analytics, AI, and scripts to improve review efficiency and solve workspace challenges.
• Manage electronic evidence through intake, processing, loading, production, and archival.
• Configure and maintain RelativityOne case databases and support users with basic and advanced functionality.
• Validate data and deliverables through quality control checks, resolving accuracy or consistency issues.
• Protect confidential information through secure storage, chain-of-custody documentation, and detailed activity tracking.
