Base pay range

$149,760.00/yr - $216,320.00/yr

CGS is seeking a Senior eDiscovery Project Manager to join our team supporting the legal organization within a large Federal agency.

Skills and attributes for success
  • Respond to client requests and provide consultation to service all client eDiscovery needs
  • Create fields, choices, layouts, and views in Relativity
  • Create batches of records for review in Relativity
  • Create Production sweeps and sets in Relativity
  • Develop, modify, and implement workflows, essential resources needed to progress work through the system, and tools being utilized
  • Initiate work on behalf of clients by crafting and submitting work orders for data processing, review, and production
  • Conduct quality checks to ensure accuracy and completeness of instructions and final work product
  • Communicate expectations for scope and deadlines to stakeholders
  • Establish informed project schedules based on understanding of activities, dependencies, work effort, and resources
  • Participate in project tasks including kick-off, workflow documentation, and project closure activities
  • Maintain knowledge of e-discovery industry and tools
Qualifications
  • 5 years of eDiscovery/litigation support experience, with client solutions focus
  • 3 years of progressively responsible support projects experience
  • 2 years in Relativity beyond document review coding
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with EDRM processes
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to obtain a security clearance
  • BS/BA degree or equivalent experience; JD preferred
  • Experience with government software policies
  • Client-facing communication experience

  • Active security clearance
