Job summary

CACI is seeking a senior eDiscovery Project Coordinator to lead technical aspects across discovery lifecycles for a Federal Government client. You will consult with case teams to shape data collection, processing, review and production plans and advise on the best technology options for efficient results.

You’ll also oversee reporting, coordinate workflows, and manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience providing eDiscovery services and litigation support on complex and large cases.
  • Knowledge of EDRM with data collection, review, analytics and production.
  • Experience managing eDiscovery projects with Relativity Analytics and Assisted Review.

What You’ll Get to Do:

Are you a senior level eDiscovery professional with experience spanning across the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM) looking for an opportunity to support a high-profile Federal Government client? If so, this could be the position for you. CACI is looking to add to our senior technical team by adding an eDiscovery Project Coordinator (EDPC) which is a senior level position and is responsible for coordinating technical aspects for all assigned projects and matters involving electronic discovery. CACI EDPC’s work with cutting-edge eDiscovery analytics and assisted review technology including Relativity Active Learning. You will also stay abreast of the latest industry trends and technology while working on meaningful cases for our Government client. CACI is also committed to growing our eDiscovery workforce and has included tuition reimbursement for Relativity certifications and the ACEDS certification! More About the Role:

CACI eDiscovery Project Coordinators serve as the primary point of contact throughout the discovery lifecycle, applying in-depth knowledge and experience to provide expert consultation and advice on technology and best practices. Additional responsibilities include:

  • Consults with case teams to effectively develop and apply technical strategies, requirements, and goals to develop and implement project plans, including data collection, processing, document review, document production and trial.
  • Advises legal team on technology options to respond to specific discovery needs including but not limited to recommendations for products to perform early case assessment, document search, and document reviews in the most efficient, timely, and cost-effective manner.
  • Participates in legal proceedings, i.e. 26(f) conferences, prepares affidavits, and testifies as to the defensibility of the government’s eDiscovery process.
  • Oversees the creation of statistical reports providing information on collection, filtering, processing, review, and productions.
  • Delegates appropriate workflow tasks, including data management, constructing search queries, processing, production, and quality control.
  • Coordinates efforts of others in response to discovery requests and provides regular reports and metrics as to the status of each phase of the project.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience providing eDiscovery services and litigation support on complex and large cases involving complex eDiscovery challenges.
  • Must have demonstrated exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must possess detailed planning and organizational skills and have a thorough understanding of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM); especially data collection, review, analytics and production.
  • Prior knowledge and experience managing eDiscovery projects and related technologies required including Relativity Analytics and Assisted Review.
  • Advanced experience planning eDiscovery efforts, managing client expectations, and working with clients to minimize their risk exposure.
  • Must be proficient in a wide range of technologies and be knowledgeable as to eDiscovery industry "best practices" including an understanding of multiple tools and processes associated with large scale complex eDiscovery response.
  • Must establish compliance with all directives for secured handling of documents.
  • Must have proven ability to work in a fast-paced production environment while maintaining proper priorities and scheduling on extremely tight deadlines.
  • Must work as part of a team be able to manage complex relationships with all stakeholders.
  • Must be well organized, a strong communicator, detail oriented, demonstrate good judgment, be confident working independently.
  • DOJ MBI must be obtainable (US citizenship required)
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
  • Undergraduate degree and graduate degrees strongly preferred. Substantial relevant experience may in some cases be substituted for degree requirement.
  • Certification in eDiscovery program preferred such as Relativity Certified Administrator (RCA) and Certified eDiscovery Specialist (CEDS).
  • Experience working on a Federal Contract a plus.

This position is contingent on funding and may not be filled immediately. However, this position is representative of positions within CACI that are consistently available. Individuals who apply may also be considered for other positions at CACI.

There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is: $86,600 - $181,800
