Job summary

Jackson Lewis P.C. is seeking a Senior E Discovery Project Manager to lead end-to-end eDiscovery workflows, litigation support services, technology solutions, and related operational processes.

You will partner with attorneys, clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure discovery matters are executed efficiently, defensibly, and on deadlines. This role requires advanced Relativity experience and a proven track record in managing complex matters; it also includes a 1,500 yearly billing target.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of litigation support or eDiscovery experience.
• Minimum 5 years in senior project management or leadership.
• Advanced knowledge of EDRM and Relativity platform.
• Ability to manage multiple complex matters simultaneously.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary operational contact for assigned matters.
• Manage discovery from intake through production and closure.
• Coordinate workflows among attorneys, clients, vendors, and teams.
• Oversee electronic data collections and productions.
• Lead processing, hosting, review, analytics, and production workflows.
• Create and administer Relativity workspaces.
• Manage document productions and QA processes.
• Leverage analytics and AI-enabled review technologies.
• Manage relationships with discovery vendors and service providers.
• Meet the 1,500 yearly billing requirement.
