Adams & Martin Group in Los Angeles, CA is seeking a Senior Litigation Support Project Manager to lead complex eDiscovery matters and advise on discovery strategy. You will oversee review platforms, analytics, TAR and AI-assisted workflows for high-stakes litigation and investigations.

You will coordinate data from email, cloud, mobile, forensic, and structured sources; manage plans, budgets, and vendors; and train attorneys and staff on best practices while adopting emerging technologies.

Qualifications

6+ years of litigation support, eDiscovery, or legal project management experience.
Bachelor's degree required; JD, MBA, CEDS, RCA, or PMP preferred.
Strong knowledge of the litigation lifecycle and eDiscovery workflows.
Hands-on expertise with Relativity, Nuix Discover, Reveal, Everlaw, or similar platforms.

Responsibilities

Leading complex eDiscovery matters from collection through production and trial support.
Managing review platforms, analytics, TAR, and AI-assisted review workflows.
Advising attorneys and clients on discovery strategy and ESI best practices.
Overseeing data from email, cloud, mobile, forensic, and structured sources.
Managing project plans, budgets, resources, and vendor relationships.
Supporting data privacy, compliance, and cross-border discovery requirements.
