Job summary

CGS is seeking a Senior Data Specialist II to support the eDiscovery department in a federal initiative. The role focuses on data processing, loading, and verifying productions in line with ESI specifications.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with litigation data workflows, familiarity with Relativity and other review platforms, and a strong eye for detail to ensure accuracy across all exports and databases.

Qualifications

Undergraduate degree preferred in computer science or related field.
Knowledge of litigation discovery process and the EDRM workflow.
Knowledge of government IT environments and office automation networks.
Working knowledge of Windows, document review software, and encryption methods.
Experience with LAW, IPRO, Relativity, or other document processing platforms.
Familiarity with ICONECT, Relativity, MS Office Suite, and West LiveNote valued.
At least two years of eDiscovery experience handling files, conversions, quality checks, and data analysis.

Responsibilities

Performs file manipulation, loading, conversion services, indexing, and quality checks of loads.
Develops and modifies methodologies for manipulating files for COTS products and litigation support applications.
Ensures incoming productions comply with applicable ESI specifications.
Exports data from databases, confirms redactions, and quality checks exports.
Supports attorneys, investigators, and paralegals by tracking documents and producing documents.
Collaborates with client teams to ensure productions adhere to ESI specifications.
