The role involves handling intake, processing, loading, production, and archival, with strict quality control and chain-of-custody practices to safeguard confidential information.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of litigation support experience using Relativity in a law firm or eDiscovery service environment.
• Advanced RelativityOne proficiency including workspace management, analytics, and scripting.
• Familiarity with the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM) and ACEDS principles.
• Experience with electronic data processing, document production, quality control, and evidence tracking.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Partner with attorneys and project managers to translate case needs into practical data workflows.
• Apply RelativityOne analytics, AI, and scripts to improve review efficiency and solve workspace challenges.
• Manage electronic evidence through intake, processing, loading, production, and archival.
• Configure and maintain RelativityOne case databases and support users with basic and advanced functionality.
• Validate data and deliverables through quality control checks, resolving accuracy or consistency issues.
• Protect confidential information through secure storage, chain-of-custody documentation, and detailed activity tracking.
