Job summary

Top Echelon Software, LLC is seeking an experienced eDiscovery professional to support complex litigation matters for our client law firm in Washington, DC. You will manage electronic evidence, apply RelativityOne analytics, and collaborate with attorneys and project managers to deliver accurate, secure results.

The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information, with flexibility for varying shifts to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• At least five years of litigation support experience using Relativity and advanced analytics.
• Advanced RelativityOne proficiency, including workspace management and scripting.
• Knowledge of EDRM and ACEDS principles.
• Experience with electronic data processing, production, quality control, and evidence tracking.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and data manipulation.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Translate case needs into practical data workflows with attorneys and project managers.
• Apply RelativityOne analytics, AI, and scripts to improve review efficiency.
• Manage electronic evidence through intake, processing, loading, production, and archival.
• Configure and maintain RelativityOne case databases and support users.
• Perform quality control checks to resolve data accuracy issues.
• Protect confidential information with secure storage and chain-of-custody documentation.
