Job summary

Talent With Heart is seeking an experienced eDiscovery professional for a established law firm. You will manage electronic evidence, apply RelativityOne analytics, and collaborate with attorneys and project managers to deliver accurate, secure results.

Responsibilities include data workflows, case database configuration, quality control, and secure handling of confidential information. A background in EDRM/ACEDS is preferred and flexibility for demanding deadlines is expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of litigation support experience using Relativity in a law firm or eDiscovery service provider.
• Advanced RelativityOne proficiency including workspace management, analytics, and scripting.
• Familiarity with EDRM and ACEDS principles.

Responsibilities

• Partner with attorneys and project managers to translate case needs into practical data workflows.
• Apply RelativityOne analytics, AI, and scripts to improve review efficiency and solve workspace challenges.
• Manage electronic evidence through intake, processing, loading, production, and archival.
• Configure and maintain RelativityOne case databases and support users with basic and advanced functionality.
• Validate data and deliverables through quality control checks, resolving accuracy or consistency issues.
• Protect confidential information through secure storage, chain-of-custody documentation, and detailed activity tracking.
