Radiant Global Logistics, Inc. seeks a Senior EDI Manager to own the strategy, delivery, and support of our EDI capabilities across transportation operations.

You will lead requirements gathering with Transportation stakeholders, translate needs into technical solutions, and manage a team responsible for building and maintaining EDI integrations with the Delta ECS platform. The role requires deep EDI knowledge, experience leading cross-functional initiatives, and the ability to operate in a 24/7

Qualifications

• 7+ years in EDI/integration or transportation systems.
• Deep EDI standards knowledge (X12, EDIFACT) and transaction sets.
• Experience with an EDI/ECS platform (Delta ECS or comparable).
• Experience leading requirements gathering with business stakeholders.
• Experience managing a development/integration team.
• Strong SAP TM/ECC understanding preferred.
• Excellent communication across technical and business audiences.
• Ability to work cross-functionally in a 24/7 operations setting.

This role sits at the intersection of the business and technology: you will lead requirements gathering directly with Transportation stakeholders, translate those needs into technical solutions, manage a development team responsible for building and maintaining EDI integrations, and serve as the primary liaison with our Delta ECS partner/platform.
