Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in EDI integration and data systems support.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field.
• Experience with Sterling Integrator and EDI standards (X12, EDIFACT).
• Experience with incident management systems such as ServiceNow.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing support and incident resolution under SLA.
• Onboard and transition new projects with existing systems.
• Create and maintain SOPs, dashboards, and RCA documents.
• Analyze requirements and document system specifications.
• Monitor EDI systems and drive operational improvements.
• Participate in software release cycles and changes.
• Escalate and manage Priority 2-4 incidents.
