Job summary

McKesson is seeking a highly experienced Lead Integration/EDI Architect to drive the design, modernization, and operation of enterprise EDI/B2B platforms across O2C and P2P workflows. Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in software engineering and architecture focusing on enterprise integration/EDI/B2B ecosystems.
• Proven ability to design and operate large-scale distributed systems for high-volume transaction processing.
• Deep hands-on experience with EDI lifecycle including partner onboarding, data transformation, connectivity, and orchestration.
• Able to translate business objectives into practical architectural solutions and communicate across engineering, product, and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve architecture for enterprise EDI/B2B platforms, balancing current-state stability with modernization and scalability.
• Translate business objectives into secure, resilient, high-performing integration designs across connectivity, transformation, and orchestration layers.
• Provide technical leadership for platform operations, ensuring KPIs for availability, throughput, and transaction integrity.
• Lead modernization initiatives to simplify architecture, reduce technical debt, and unlock scalability and speed of execution.
• Enable adoption of modern integration patterns, including API-led and event-driven architectures.
