Responsibilities

Define and evolve architecture for enterprise EDI/B2B platforms, balancing current-state stability with future-state modernization and scalability
Provide technical leadership for platform operations, ensuring systems meet KPIs for availability, throughput, and integrity
Lead modernization initiatives to simplify architecture and unlock scalability and speed of execution
Guide engineering teams on troubleshooting, performance optimization, and incident resolution
Establish and enforce architectural standards, design patterns, and best practices across initiatives
Drive automation and AI-led improvements for observability and intelligent decision-making across the platform
Collaborate with business, product, and external stakeholders to align architecture with growth goals
