Job summary

Vizient, Inc. is seeking an experienced EDI and integration specialist to implement and support Boomi-based solutions across partner networks and ERP systems in a dynamic eCommerce environment.

You will design, develop, test, and troubleshoot EDI mappings and API integrations, working with trading partners, vendors, and Vizient teams to ensure scalable, reliable data flows. This role requires strong Boomi experience and proficiency with AS2/SFTP protocols.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of EDI and integration experience.
• Experience building maps, integrations, and processes in Boomi or similar platforms.
• Strong knowledge of AS2 and SFTP.
• Experience with XML, JSON, EDI and flat-file mapping.
• Experience scripting with JavaScript or Groovy.
• Experience implementing REST and SOAP web services.
• Knowledge of key EDI transactions (810, 850, 855, 856, 832).
• Experience integrating with ERP systems (Workday, Oracle, Infor).
• Boomi Associate Developer certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement and support EDI and integration solutions.
• Build, support, and troubleshoot Boomi-based integrations across trading partners, ERP, and procure-to-pay environments.
• Establish and support partner connectivity using AS2, SFTP, and related tech.
• Collaborate with partners, vendors, and Vizient teams to deliver scalable ecommerce integrations.
• Develop and support API integrations, data transformations, and web service integrations.
• Follow best practices for integration design, exception handling, monitoring, and support.
• Provide Tier-2 and 24/7 EDI support on rotation.
• Create reusable integration patterns and promote best practices.
