Job summary

Iris Software Inc. is seeking an experienced EDI Analyst to lead, facilitate, and implement EDI and API customer integrations across our client base. You will collaborate with business and technology teams to design, map, test, and deploy complex data exchanges in a hybrid work setting.

The role requires 8+ years of experience in EDI/API analysis, strong communication with customers and internal teams, and the ability to work with offshore developers to deliver high-quality integration solutions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in EDI/API analysis.
• Experience with X12 documents (e.g., 204, 990, 214, 210).
• Create SI maps and mapping specifications and work with developers.

Responsibilities

• Lead and implement EDI and API customer integrations.
• Design, write requirements for EDI/API solutions and coordinate with offshore developers.
• Test end-to-end with customers and backend systems.
• Collaborate with business teams to prioritize EDI/API fixes and enhancements.
• Develop and enhance standard operating procedures for IT delivery.
