Job summary

BTI Solutions, Inc. invites an experienced EDI Analyst to support the maintenance, development, implementation, and management of our EDI systems.

You will work with AS2, EDI VANs, and TIE Commerce eVision, integrating with SAP and related databases while coordinating with customers and trading partners. Responsibilities cover requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, and documentation, spanning the full development lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in EDI system development, including at least 1 year with TIE Commerce eVision EDI software.
• Experience with the AS2 protocol and related technologies, including HTTP/HTTPS, private/public key algorithms, digital signatures, and data encryption/decryption.
• Experience working with EDI VANs and application interfaces.
• Experience with ERP applications, particularly SAP.
• Experience with database platforms such as Oracle or Microsoft SQL Server.
• Experience working with multiple operating systems, including Windows and UNIX.

Responsibilities

• Support the maintenance, development, implementation, and management of EDI systems.
• Analyze business and customer requirements and translate them into EDI solutions.
• Design and maintain EDI workflows, mappings, and interfaces.
• Develop and maintain EDI integrations with internal and external applications.
• Communicate with customers and trading partners regarding EDI requirements, implementation, testing, and issue resolution.
• Support EDI VAN communications and AS2-based data exchange.
• Troubleshoot and resolve EDI transmission, mapping, integration, and application issues.
• Perform coding, testing, implementation, and documentation throughout the development lifecycle.
• Work with ERP applications, including SAP, and associated database systems.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including software design and engineering documents.
